Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Emmanuel Web Solutions' website and services. The exact scope and schedule for a project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Services

The standard $100 offer covers an informational small-business website with the agreed pages and features. Online stores, complex integrations, and paid third-party services are outside that standard scope unless agreed separately.

Payment & refunds

The standard payment schedule is $50 before work begins and $50 after the finished website is approved, before launch or file transfer. Any different payment, cancellation, or refund terms must be agreed in writing before work begins.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise specified, we retain ownership of pre-existing tools and components. Project deliverables are licensed or transferred as described in the written project agreement after full payment is received.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Emmanuel Web Solutions’ liability is limited as set out in individual agreements.
